This is to advise that Thermaflo, of Palmerston North, New Zealand, supplied a bath type hot water pasteurizer as a turnkey job for our fruit puree manufacturing factory in Bridgetown Western Australia. Working from only a conceptual outline of we wanted, Thermaflo were able to successfully design and supply the equipment, which has worked satisfactorily since we received it in early 2007.

We are an independent dairy processor supplying a range of white milk to various markets in New Zealand.
Around 12 months ago we started negotiating with a large supermarket chain to supply their house brand milk products and were successful in gaining this business. Due to this we needed to very quickly expand our process capacity and contracted Thermaflo to supply the HTST Pasteuriser and Separators for this project.
We were under a very tight time frame with a huge amount of work to be completed in order to meet the contract start date.
Within a 10-week period Thermaflo designed, built and commissioned the Pasteuriser plant and we were processing milk to fulfill our contract.
Projects with extremely tight time frames require a huge dedication from all involved and Thermaflo certainly showed great determination and commitment in order to ensure the deadlines were met.
We would have no hesitation to recommend Thermaflo.
