At Thermaflo, we provide complete end-to-end solutions and processing equipment for dairy, beverage, plant-based alternatives and other liquid food processing industries.
Specialising in small to medium-scale processes, and building specific equipment for larger-scale sites, we are able to provide you with a completely integrated process ranging from 250L per day, all the way through to 50,000+ litres per hour.
All the processes we supply are designed, fabricated and commissioned in-house, by our team of process engineers, stainless steel fabricators, industrial electricians, and automation engineers.
We customise each process to meet our client’s end requirements, from entry-level, and limited budget through to fully automated best practices process plants. Whether the project is an upgrade of an existing process, or a completely new plant. We take into consideration flow rates, particle size, product viscosity and temperature profiles as well as a wide range of other parameters to make sure your process is economic, efficient and the correct solution to produce your end product.

This was is a very complex plant making multiple products from multiple ingredients and recipes and to deliver the upgrade took a huge amount of design as well as the Project management to successfully deliver this.
