Description

For butter reworking, Simon Freres have developed several ranges of equipment depending on butter inlet temperature and the required output.

For -18° C butter blocks – Butter blocks are crushed by the crushing tank BPR 380 and mechanically heated by the Contimalax CM 240. The PM 200 will finalize the texture works of the butter.

For -5° C butter blocks – Butter blocks are crushed by a chopping device and then are reworked by the working section of the Contimalax. The PM 200 will finalize the texture works of the butter.

For +4° C butter blocks – The range of SR pre-working tanks with the PM 200 texturizing unit is ideal.
