CIP Process
Our CIP systems are designed and built in-house by Thermaflo.
You can choose one of our pre-designed CIP kitchens to reduce cost your cost (see our range below), or we can tailor to your processing situation.
Our CIP kitchens are designed to reduce chemical and water usage, lower cleaning times and reduce your overall cleaning costs, as well as enhancing operator safety.
Our equipment controls are fully automatic and will deliver the correct cleaning variables of time, temperature, and chemical concentration. The Automated controls will also manage correct solution velocities and pressures to ensure a successful cleaning regime.

“At the beginning of our major site upgrade we knew that our current CIP kitchen would not be able to sufficiently clean the new plant, so in order to make sure all of our products were going to be produced to our strict hygienic practices this was the first piece of equipment we purchased.
Talking with Thermaflo they provided us with a proposal for a fully automated CIP kitchen that was designed to ensure the correct cleaning variables of time, temperature and chemical concentration would be delivered to our new plant at the correct velocities and pressures to ensure a successful cleaning regime for the new process.
Once we decided to purchase the CIP kitchen from Thermaflo they were very quick to complete the inhouse fabrication and get the equipment to site.
Once onsite, Thermaflo fabricators ran new pipework to connect the new CIP kitchen to our factory as part of the installation before completing the commissioning on the new system.
Thermaflo have done an outstanding job on this project and with the increased capacity of this CIP kitchen we will be able to start expanding the rest of our process.
