Operator Training

We offer specialised training to sure that your operators are using the plant correctly.

Each plant we offer is custom made for the end client, and so the operation of each plant can differ substantially from one another. During the commissioning stage of each process install, we will try our best to line up with your operator’s schedule, so that we are able to provide in-person initial training.

Once we have successfully commissioned your plant, a Thermaflo process engineer will then remain on site for the remaining duration of your process training. Once the onsite training has been completed and the onsite plant operators are able to confidently run the process, all Thermaflo process engineers are still available for ongoing support with the plant.

We utilise a remote access connection to all process control cabinets allowing us to log in to your plant to assist with any queries you may have. We can log in and fault find if something is going wrong, or simply provide remote training for new staff.

This training and ongoing support will ensure that your new investment will operate without operator error right from the very beginning of owning the process. On top of training on new projects, we are also more than happy to visit the site and train new operators on equipment that we have designed and installed in the past.
