Simon Freres butter blending/texturing solutions allow you to create speciality products, including;
Light butter
We offer solutions to produce a lower fat butter:
- Butter up to 60% fat content from standard fresh butter
- Butter up to 60% fat content from reworking butter
Butter Spreads (Butter + vegetable fat)
For standard or low-fat blend or spread, we can propose solutions that will allow you to incorporate up to 80% vegetable fat in your recipe.
Butter + various ingredients (Compound Butters)
Simon Freres has developed a range of blending lines to produce butter with dosing of liquid products, and/or dry/powder products.
