Description

The EcoMoineau™ MVA-FF series is designed to transfer highly viscous sticky sludge, with a high dry matter content, low flow rate, or a tendency to arch. It is an ideal solution for pumping high viscosity or low flow fluids, often requiring manual or gravity feed pumps.

MVA-FF Force Feeding Pumps are ideal for centrifuged & dehydrated sludge and dewatered sludge recovery further to mechanical dehydration (eg to a belt-press, screw-press, centrifuge, filterpress)

Construction: 

  • PCM Chloroprene stator with hole for temperature sensor
  • Hard chromed rotor
  • Packing gland sealing with greaser
  • Rectangular Hopper (1000mm X 275mm) with open Archimedean screw on the shaftline
